Deputy Minister's Biography

Deputy Minister

Adan Mohamed Ali is a visionary and results-driven political leader with extensive experience in public service and governance. He holds a Postgraduate degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Kampala International University.

Currently, he serves as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Livestock and Forestry, where he plays a key role in policy development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. He has a proven track record as a Member of Parliament, advocating for his constituents and participating actively in legislative processes.

As General Secretary for the Youth Committee in Parliament, Adan champions youth engagement and communication between the committee and various stakeholders. He also served as General Secretary for the Electoral Commission of Southwest State of Somalia, where he coordinated electoral activities and ensured compliance with legal frameworks.

Fluent in English, Somali, and Good Kiswahili, Adan is a strong communicator and relationship builder committed to making a positive difference in society. His leadership is characterized by ethical standards, adaptability, and a relentless drive to improve the lives of his community members.
